An annual exam is covered by most insurances once every calendar year. You can schedule your annual exam on or after that date. Our office books appointments up to 2 months in advance. For Medicare along with some other insurances associated with Medicare, an annual exam is covered every two years.

Most test results are published to the patient portal and/or SecuReach if you have signed up for those systems. Please allow 1 week for them to be published. If you would like to become web enabled or need a SecuReach card, please call our office for assistance.
If you are coming in for your annual gynecological exam, then YES you should cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Patients should have their first gynecological consult at the age of 18 or when they become sexually active.
