How Do I Access my Patient Portal?
- When you are first web-enabled, you will receive an e-mail that looks like this:
- Click on the URL in this e-mail to get to your portal. Your log-in screen will look like this:
- If you have a message waiting in your portal, you will receive an e-mail that looks like this:
- If you are locked out of your account or need to reset your password, please call our office.
- Once your account has been unlocked and/or your password has been reset, please wait 15min before you try to log in to your account again.
- If you are not web-enabled and would like to be, please call our office to get set-up.
